Russell Brand has filed for split from Katy commodore … TMZ has learned.
In the docs, filed in L.A., Brand cites “irreconcilable differences.” The digit were mated Oct. 23, 2010 in India. They hit no kids.
The split docs say there are “community property assets” — it’s a sign there strength not be a prenup, or if there is digit it doesn’t counterbalance every of the earnings and other assets they accumulated.
The docs do not provide a date the pair separated.
Russell has released a statement, claiming, “Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll ever adore her and I undergo we’ll remain friends.”
